About the Artist / Merindah-Gunya
Merindah-Gunya means “Beautiful Spirit” in Peek Wurrong language, gifted to Bayley Mifsud by her parents and Elders. Bayley is a proud Kirrae and Peek Wurrong woman of the Gundjitmara Nation in South-West Victoria. Through her work, she shares culture, story, and heritage in everyday objects.
