Shipping policy
Order Dispatch
Due to the large variety of products stocked, orders may be shipped from different fulfilment centres. As a result, you may receive multiple packages for one order, each dispatching at different times. Once shipped, we will email you with an order confirmation and tracking detail information if applicable.
Please allow additional time for out of stock items or products labelled as Special Order.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on some products to most parts of mainland Australia. However, in some instances of delivery to a remote location, we may not be able to provide free shipping. When this occurs, we will contact the customer to advise about the freight cost incurred to the remote location. If this is not to the customer's satisfaction we will cancel and refund the order.
We strive to provide shipping at no cost on the majority of items, but some locations and/or bulky items will require an additional delivery fee.
Back Orders
On some occasions, we may not have the product you have ordered. We will try to order the product, especially for you with no extra charge but there may be a delay in shipping time. If this is the case your order will be put on backorder and you will be notified.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For International customers we recommend checking 3 pieces of information before you make your purchase:
1. Global Shipping lanes/ports can be frequently opened and closed at short notice, especially due to COVID19. When a shipping lane is closed, Australia Post do not allow us to process an order for posting; we cannot physically send it.
2. You may be subject to local taxes, duties and levies in the destination country before being allowed to collect your parcel from a local post service. Each country is different, you need to check the requirements of that country, we do not have access to that information. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay the additional cost required.
3. Some products are prohibited from being imported in some countries. It is the recipient's responsibility to check your order is accepted for importation. If a product is flagged as prohibited through our courier, we will contact the recipient to either obtain a customs release or cancel the order.
Shipping Times
All orders are processed in turn as they are received, usually, orders are processed within 3-5 days this may take longer in busy times like school holidays etc.
Custom products are made when ordered and can vary based on product. Estimated dispatch times will be shown on product information.
Longer processing times on any products will be advised at the time of ordering or shortly afterwards.
If it is imperative your order is not delayed please contact the store to confirm availability and shipment time.
The Omicron outbreak is causing delays and staffing shortages across all delivery networks in Australia currently. Most parcels are still arriving on time however some parcels are arriving late. Please allow additional time for delivery and check the tracking status using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
