Product Returns Policy
At Adventure Gear Australia, we aim to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. Our returns policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Consumer Guarantees Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product has a major failure or is not of acceptable quality. This policy does not limit those rights.
2. Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns at our discretion, provided the item is returned:

In its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Within 30 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase is provided.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with change of mind returns. Refunds for change of mind will cover the product price only, excluding shipping fees.
3. Returns Due to Misuse or Damage If a product is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Assessment will be conducted to determine the cause of the damage, and any associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Repairs Outside of Warranty For repairs not covered under warranty, customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair facility. We will provide a cost estimate for the repair before proceeding.
5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to request photos of the packaging as well as the product. If goods have been damaged by you while cutting open packaging, you will not be entitled to a refund.
6. How to Return an Item To initiate a return:

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit, and ship to the address provided.

Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.
7. Processing Time Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
