Promo Codes may be provided to you via email, our affiliates, or on advertisements on our social media or website.

 Promo codes are alpha numeric and case sensitive so must be entered exactly as printed to validate them. A maximum of one promo code may be applied to any order. 

Enter the code in the "Promo Code" box and press REDEEM to activate the discount or offer. If you are experiencing issues redeeming a promo code, please lodge a support request.

At the moment we do not have a retail store and only operate online. We cannot accept visitors to our headquarters so all orders must be shipped to you.

Due to the nature of our business and stock we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. If you enter a PO Box at the checkout we will get in touch to obtain a different address before sending your order. If we are unsuccessful in our attempts to contact you we will cancel your order and refund your payment.

Once your order has been shipped we will send you tracking details for your shipment. 
We use multiple different shipping companies, but we'll always let you know who we've sent your shipment with when we send the tracking details.

With the variety of products we offer processing times can vary. Generally, allow 6-10 business days for processing and shipping.

Products that have a longer processing time and custom orders will indicate this in the product description.
